Exterior window cleaning

Florida is hard on outside glass. Sprinkler overspray, salt air, pollen and afternoon storms leave a film that regular washing does not touch. I offer traditional hand squeegeeing as well as pure water cleaning. For pure water cleaning, I use a purified water system so nothing dries back onto the pane. I am well trained in both forms of cleaning.

Interior window cleaning

Inside glass is detail work, and it happens in your living room. I put down cloths, work around furniture, and hand-finish every pane, slider and glass door. Blinds and window treatments go back exactly as I found them.

Post-construction window cleaning

New builds and remodels leave behind stucco splatter, paint overspray, caulk, adhesive and manufacturer labels. This is slow, careful work, and doing it wrong scratches new glass permanently. I scrape and clean with the right tools and check each pane in raking light before I call it done.

Screen cleaning

Clean glass behind a grey screen still looks dirty. Screens come out, get washed and rinsed, dry fully, then go back in the opening they came from. Damaged frames or torn mesh get flagged so you can decide what to replace.

Driveways, pavers, walkways, pool decks, patios, screen enclosures and building exteriors. Pressure and technique are matched to the surface, so pavers keep their sand and painted stucco keeps its paint.
