Pricing and booking
What does it cost?
Every home is different, so I quote per job rather than per window. Estimates are free.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (772) 261-7292, or send the form. Texting a photo of your windows is the fastest way to get a number. I can ballpark an estimate sight-unseen, but I prefer to come look so there are no surprises for either of us.
How far out are you booking?
That changes by the day — so get on the schedule! Call or text and I will tell you the soonest I can be out.
How do I pay, and when?
Cash, check or card. Payment is due on completion, and the invoice only goes out after the job is finished. No deposits.
What to expect
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work — I just need access to the yard, gates and the outside spigot. For interior work someone does need to let me in, but you do not have to follow me around.
Do you need my water?
Yes, I use your outside water spigot — for rinsing screens and running the purified water system. It just helps if it is clear and turned on.
What if it rains?
I will reschedule any time you would rather wait. I do not particularly like working in steady rain, but a quick passing shower is no reason to lose the day. Ultimately it is your call.
Who actually shows up?
I do. I am the owner and I work alone, so the person who quotes your job is the person who cleans it. No rotating crews, no subcontractors. Just a guy with over 20 years of experience cleaning windows.
How the cleaning is done
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
In Florida, most homes do well with two cleanings a year. Salt air, sprinkler overspray, pollen, bugs, landscaping and afternoon storms build a film faster here than up north. Homes on the water often can go monthly/bi-monthly or quarterly. My preference is that I leave that up to each individual customer. You live in the house, after all!
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes, either or both. A lot of people book exterior only through the year and add interiors once a year before the holidays or when family visits.
How do you reach second-story windows?
Safely! For these jobs I use ladders or a water-fed pole, depending on the glass and the access.
What is pure water cleaning, and is it better?
Purified water has the minerals stripped out, so it dries without spotting — no soap, nothing left behind. I am trained in both that and traditional hand squeegeeing, and pick whichever suits the glass.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Sometimes. Light mineral spotting usually comes off. Glass that has been etched by years of sprinkler spray may be permanently damaged — I will tell you which one you are looking at before I clean, not after.
Do you clean screens too?
Yes. Screens come out, get washed and rinsed, dry fully, then go back in the opening they came from. Damaged frames or torn mesh get flagged so you can decide what to replace.
Will you scratch my new construction glass?
That is the real risk with post-construction, which is why it is slow work. Labels, adhesive, stucco and paint get scraped with the right tools, and I check each pane in raking light before calling it done.
Do you clean gutters, chandeliers or solar panels?
I do not clean gutters. House washing falls under my pressure cleaning service. I can also clean solar panels or chandeliers on request, as long as I can reach them safely.

What areas do you serve?
St. Lucie and Martin Counties: Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Fort Pierce, Tradition, St. Lucie West and Hutchinson Island. If you are not sure, just ask — if I cannot get to you I will point you to someone who can.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes — storefronts monthly, offices and medical suites quarterly or twice a year, and rentals between tenants. Early morning or after close available on request.
What if I am not happy?
If requested, I walk the job with you at the end, and anything missed gets taken care of right then. That is the guarantee — you should not have to chase me down about a streak.
